Her pieces are designed to add an art-gallery feel to the wardrobe of the working woman and to add a touch of purposeful elegance to the non-working woman who wears a stylish casual look. Her style is born from the two worlds to which she has found herself drawn: law and art. Professionally trained as a lawyer, Debbie is an artist at heart. After having worked in the legal/business world for more than 15 years, she took all the creative juices that had been stirring inside and focused that energy into jewelry design. Her work has been very well received and can be seen on display at places such as the Shorelines Gallery in Austin, Texas as well as in Bernstein's Fashions in Edison, New Jersey. Debbie originally is from Long Island, New York and now calls the hill country of Austin Texas her home where she lives with her husband and young daughter. She is currently working on new designs and new business relationships which will result in broader distribution of the New Leaf line later in 2007.
